These terms apply to the purchase, download, and use of the digital applications and plugins available in Moth Production's webshop.
Note: This page is a draft prepared during webshop development. It must be completed with the operator's missing company details, tax, and consumer-protection information, and reviewed by a legal professional before going live with real sales.
The webshop offers digitally downloadable software. The description, system requirements, supported platform, license type, and price found on the product page are part of the given offer. No physical products or postal delivery are involved.
The customer adds the selected product to the cart, reviews the order summary, provides the required contact details, accepts these terms, and then completes payment via PayPal. The contract is formed once successful payment is confirmed.
Prices shown in the webshop are in euros. Payment is handled by PayPal; Moth Production does not store card details. Any applicable taxes and the total amount due are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
After successful payment, the customer gains access to download the purchased application. The activation code and order confirmation are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a working, correctly entered email address.
The purchase grants a right to use the software; copyright and ownership are not transferred to the customer. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or modified distribution of the application, activation code, or license is prohibited. Product-specific license terms take precedence where they differ from this section.
With the customer's express consent, digital fulfillment may begin following payment. The customer acknowledges that, once fulfillment has begun, they may lose their 14-day right of withdrawal, where permitted under applicable law. A corresponding separate declaration will be requested during the live payment process, before fulfillment.
If download, activation, or normal use of the application fails for technical reasons, the customer can request help at support@mothproduction.hu. It is helpful to include the order ID, the application name, its version, and the operating system used in the request.
The customer may submit a complaint to support@mothproduction.hu. The provider will investigate and respond to the complaint in accordance with applicable law. Precise details regarding the conciliation board and online dispute resolution will be added once the operator's registered address is known.
The processing of personal data provided during an order is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The provider may use the email address supplied at checkout to fulfil the order, provide activation and download access, and communicate necessary security, bug-fix, or compatibility information concerning a purchased product. Such service messages may not advertise unrelated products.
Marketing messages about new products, offers, and other promotions are sent only to people who have expressly consented using the separate optional checkbox at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase and can be withdrawn at any time. Further details are available in the marketing section of the Privacy Policy.
Matters not regulated in these terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions in force regarding e-commerce, consumer contracts, and digital content.
